TROUBLESHOOTING VIEWING A VIDEO On-Demand (Streaming) o        You will need to register before viewing a video. Click on View Programs tab at top of page and then on sign-up/register link (it’s free). o        If, after registering, you have trouble loading a video, see online FAQ. o        Only videos with VoD icon are available for viewing on-demand. Other ways of viewing video: o        our library may own videotape of program you need o        on the ‘live’ Annenberg channel (click on broadcast schedule link) o        on your local PBS station (see local schedule) o        preview or purchase a videotape or DVD (click on ‘Buy this video.’) SEARCH RESULTS o     Some search results lists may include materials other than videos. If this is the case and you want videos only, click on link to search for ‘Teacher Resources’ only. OR o    If you limited your search to videos only, you may want to click on link to ‘search all of Learner.org.’ o     If your search results are too few, try alternate terms.
