The Annenberg (learner.org) website will have many online videos about learning and teaching including how to teach a particular academic subject at the elementary, middle or secondary grade level.  You many want to view some of these. Be sure to cite any ideas from these videos that you include in your lessons.

Discovery Education Streaming (formerly Unitedstreaming) All school subjects Videos, videoclips and still images for K-12 students viewable online with teaching suggestions for many of the videos.  Quality of titles varies.  Social Studies titles should be carefully evaluated for balanced and up-to-date coverage of a topic. Note: SUNY Geneseo subscribes to this database; when you are teaching you may obtain a FREE account through your school for this Video On Demand service)
